The conformational energy values of 3-amino-4-nitraminofurazan (C2N4O3H2) molecule changing with two torsion angles were firstly calculated using density functional theory (DFT) with Lee-Young-Parr correlation functional and 6-31 G(d) basis set on Gaussian Program. And then, these obtained discrete data were made continuous by using Fuzzy Logic Modelling (FLM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). This allowed us to make predictions about the untested data and, to obtain the optimized energy value depending on two torsion angles with reasonable computational cost, great efficiency and high accuracy. The obtained results were compared with the DFT results by using regression analysis.

Obtaining analytical or numerical solution of fractional differential equations is one of the troublesome and challenging issue among mathematicians and engineers, specifically in recent years. The purpose of this paper Lie Symmetry method is developed to solve second-order fractional differential equations, based on conformable fractional derivative. Some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the proposed approach.

This study is an applied study conducted to evaluate and compare the efficiency of Iran's regional power companies using conventional and network Data Envelopment Analysis methods. Iran's regional power companies use two- phased process to transmit power. Using applied approach, the performance and efficiency of these companies were measured with network and conventional methods, and they were compared with each other (input-oriented BCC). It was indicated that network models have wider application compared with other method since it provides vivid picture of the efficiency of regional power companies. The Wilcoxon test result shows there is significant difference between efficiency scores of Iran's regional power companies using BCC and network methods, and investigation of the quality of difference of scores also indicate that efficiency of companies in the network model is lower than efficiency scores of BCC model. In general, network models have higher application than to provide a vivid picture of the efficiency of regional electricity companies and more accurate comparison of them.

The process of globalization and rapid technological developments are causing rapid changes in markets. Successfully in challenging markets of the future requires an informed and ready to respond quickly. The aim of this study is to evaluate and prioritize the organizational strategies of sales and distribution of Kalleh Company in Gilan. In order to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the organization, SOWT matrix was used. The matrix was developed four strategies based on internal and external factors. Since then devise strategies using multi-criteria decision-making Method (topsis) were prioritized. Data collection was done through the study of documents, records, interviews and distributed two questionnaires. Accordingly, the two strategies that prioritize the strategies than they value large quantity include: Firstlly organization must maintain high quality products with full implementation of the cold chain process and products to provide the market with better quality compared to the products of competitors. The second priority of the organization the miniature capillary marketing and focus on the performance of distribution channels and distinction at the time of delivery time with the implementation of this strategy increases the number of new customers and the volume of previous customers.

In this research, the multi-objective project management decision problem with fuzzy goals and fuzzy constraints are considered. We constitute α-cut approach and two various fuzzy goal programming solution methods for solving the Multi-Objective Project Management (MOPM) decision problem under fuzzy environments. The Interactive fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (i-FMOLP) and Weighted Additive approaches are proposed for solving multi-objective PM decision problem where fuzzy information are demonstrated by using linear membership functions (LMF). The proposed approaches effort contemporarily to minimize the total project costs, total completion time and total crashing costs and the several constraints such as the time between events i and j, the crashing time for activity (i,j) and the total budget capital. The weight of criteria for each objective function base on project DM preference degree computed with Fuzzy AHP technique. The performance analysis calculated with a set of distance metric for i-FMOLP and Weighted Additive solution methods that represent uncertainty goals and constraints in PM decision problem with ideal solution in an industrial case study is compared.

Inputs and Outputs Estimation in Inverse DEA

The present study addresses the following question: if among a group of decision making units, the decision maker is required to increase inputs and outputs to a particular unit in which the DMU, with respect to other DMUs, maintains or improves its current efficiency<br />level, how much should the inputs and outputs of the DMU increase? This question is considered as a problem of inverse data envelopment analysis, and a method is introduced to<br />answer this question. Using (weak) pareto solutions of multiple-objective linear programming, necessary and sufficient conditions for inputs and outputs estimation are established.<br />An application of inverse DEA using real data (for choosing a suitable strategy for spreading educational departments in a university) is presented. In addition, two new optimal notions are introduced for multiple-objective programming problems: semi-pareto and semi-weak pareto optimal notions. The aforementioned solutions are used to answer the above question.
